Kontrakt

Jeg, deltakeren, samtykker i å delta i kunstner Christina Christensens kunstprosjekt Et Mors Hjerte.

Denne deltakelsen består av å stille opp til videointervju hvor personlige forhold rundt morsrollen,familie, familiesituasjon, status, alder, følelser og tanker blir diskutert og tatt opp på videotape og lyd. Denne deltakelsen er ubetalt.

Undertegnede deltaker er inneforstått med og samtykker i at alt intervjumateriale og innhold kan bli offentliggjort og tilgjengelig i utstillingsammenheng, gallerier, internett, tv, radio, aviser og andre offentlige medier.

Undertegnede deltaker er inneforstått med og samtykker at ved å delta, gis Christina Christensen adgang og rett til å benytte videoopptak og lydopptak av hele intervjuet, samt redigere og fremstille andre kunstneriske uttrykk (video, tegning, lydverk, tredimensjonale fremstillinger) av visuell og audiativ informasjon og opplysninger som fremgår i dette videointervjuet.

Undertegnede deltaker er inneforstått med og samtykker at deltaker frasier seg retten til å kontrollere, etterprøve og protestere på det kunstneriske materialet produsert i ettertid på grunnlag av deltakers videointervju.

Undertegnede deltaker er inneforstått med og samtykker at deltaker frasier seg retten til å uttale seg offentlig om deltakelse i prosjektet Et Mors Hjerte uten at Christina Christensen er tilstede, eller på annen måte promoterer egen deltakelse i prosjektet i vinnings øyemed.

Christina Christensen samtykker i deltakers rett til å være anonym gjennom å ikke navngi deltaker i kunstnerisk materiale eller gi ut opplysninger som navn og adresse til andre som kan bidra til at anonymiteten står i fare, uten deltakers samtykke.

Contract

I, the participant, agree on the terms of being a participant of artist Christina Christensens art project A Mothers Heart.

The participation consists of being videointerviewed by the artist where personal issues around motherhood, family, family situation, status, age, personal opinions and feelings will be discussed and taped on video with sound. This participation is unpaid.

The participant is aware of the terms and allows public broadcasting of this interview material through exhibitions, galleries, internet, TV, radio, newspapers and other public channels.

The participant is aware of the terms and gives Christina Christensen the right to use and own the video and sound recordings of the participant's interview, and to derive other artistic expressions of the visual and audio information from the material (such as video, drawings, sound, threedimensional expression etc.).

The participant is aware of the terms and will refrain from controlling, protesting or manipulating the artistc material Christina Christensen has produced on behalf of the participant's interview in retrospect.

The participant is aware of the terms and will refrain from public participation and quoting regarding the project or any other promotional activity to gain publicity or money for the participant in connection with the project without the approval of Christina Christensen.

Christina Christensen consents in giving the participant anonymity and will refrain from giving out information like name and adress in any manner that will endanger the anonymity of the participant, without explicit permission of the participant.
